I tried to return it and they told me that they won’t do returns on opened tools. I don’t dislike advanced but I’ll never shop at this one again. AutoZone has better employees that know what they are doing in this area."
"Lilly was not very helpful, tried to sell me an office tube for 47 dollar, insisting that was the correct product, when in reality, the part is only 2.34. She had no explanation as to why she insisted on selling me a part that was more than 10 times the price of factory equipment. Unacceptable. Will be taking my business to orilies."
