"The male manager of this store is soo unprofessional. Overheard him talking to 3 young female staff members about customers on a derogatory manner while using profanity. The conversation was soo loud and obnoxious that it is apparent that he didn’t care. I had to leave the store and was completely turned off by this experience. This so called manager needs more training with ethics and needs to be held accountable."
"Great place... However, customer service is needing a good training... If theres a cash register there.... WHY NOT HELP THE CUSTOMER WITH THEIR PURCHASES... Not everyone parked on the back side of the building and that should be a to the least a considerable approach to help... Also... no one seems to know hardly anything about the books in general here... not much of a help at all and will walk away fast too.. u kinda need to know b4 u go here.. but nonetheless... Still always a great place to go to buy books.."
