"My finance purchased my engagement ring here and was completely mistreated and misled on the quality of the diamond. They refused to give him the paperwork proving the certification of the diamond. When I went with him to return the ring, they would not speak to us until security was present and then treated us like criminals. They would not let me stand next to my fiancé while they spoke to him. And then proceeded to follow us around the entire Mart and said the floor was closed and followed us onto the elevator telling us to leave. Do not be fooled by these people. They are completely unprofessional and conduct business horribly. The positive reviews are very fake and if you look further you will see I am not the only one to have an inexcusable experience with this company."

"I and my fiancé went there to get engagement ring at the end of March. We came here after one of our friend introduced us this place. At that time, they said that they could resize the ring for free, or fix the ring for free, we did resize the ring once on the date we bought and we felt sorry for them when we came just an hour before they closed, that was why we tried our best to be nice to them because they stayed late to get the ring resized for me but the ring didn’t fit well on that date, I’ve been so busy, so I couldn’t come back earlier. When I came for resizing today, they charged me $35 for resizing and I found out one of the diamond on the side of the ring came off after 6 months, I had to wait 3 hours which means I had to pay $12 for parking, so total was about $50 for getting the ring fixed but It still doesn’t fit well on me and I live more than an hour from downtown, I cannot wait 2 more hours to get it resizes again. They wanted to give me $35 back but I didn’t take it. $35 is not a lot but based on what they said on the date they tried to PRESS us to buy the ring, they PROMISED us a lot about their GOOD BENEFITS but actually, they did NOT do what they said. So, I don’t trust them anymore. Just feel regretful while buying the ring from them. We used to plan to buy our wedding’s bands from them but now I will never come back to that place, their customer’s service sucks, I feel like they treat on us, they were just nice while they try to sell their products to you but after that, they don’t keep their words and I don’t recommend people to get here."
