"Consistently good customer service. Always someone at the door to greet you and point you in the direction. I went in with my toddler today and Kobe (shoe department on the second floor) helped me try on a few pair of shoes while connecting with my son. Friendly smile, high fives and super patient. "I am Women. I tried on shoes at Buckhead Georgia and the color was not available, so I ordered shoes online using the computer in the store as instructed by the staff. After hour I checked the order email, it was men's shoes. I called customer service and the store to cancel or change it to a women's version, but they said they couldn't do it. I was told that I would have to wait for the item to arrive and then take it to the store and return it. Why should I be held responsible for all the mistakes of store employees?"
"We came to this Dick’s today to get the new Project Rock sneakers, and we were not disappointed. We had asked an associate to help us and find shoes but were left unattended, and then George came to help! George was awesome in finding us 2 pairs of shoes, making sure they were the proper fit and right size, very sociable and kind, and he truly made the experience that much better! When George went to the back to find our sneakers, my fiancé turned to me and said that it was people like him who make the trip worth it (since we drove pretty far) because he was just so kind and down to earth in helping us! George told us that there was a survey at the bottom of our receipt and I could not find it nor was the feedback section on the Dick’s website working, but I hope he gets the recognition he deserves!! Thank you George!!"
