"I brought a single-bead necklace here to be strung on a new chain, and came in on a Saturday and offered to pay for both the chain and the restring. They said they could do it, but I needed to come back the next week. They next week, I can back. I was told the jeweler would be in during the week and call me Monday or Tuesday with the price. I got a ticket with a claim number. I didn’t hear anything all week. I called the next Friday, six days later. They said they couldn’t find the necklace, even with the ticket number, and would call me back Saturday with an update. No call. I called back the next Wednesday, and they said they had the necklace and would do a new chain for me by Friday. I said I’d be in on Saturday. I’m here now on Saturday, three weeks after I dropped off the necklace. It took them 30 minutes of searching to find it. They hadn’t done a thing. Wasted three trips and the chance to have my necklace fixed before trip."

"This business is SO unprofessional! I called them to ask if I could send my teeth molding to them to get a grill since I live far away. Ceddy informed me that I could and charged me when my package arrived at the store. It turns out the package wasn’t from me but instead was from a city that resembled my first name. I tried contacting the business multiple times for a refund and was either denied or told they would send a molding kit to my address. Not only was a molding kit NOT sent but they stopped answering my phone calls once they saw my phone number on their screens. Greedy, inconsiderate, and overall gross behavior."
