"How does this place stay open? I came to pick up low-cost snacks and decided to wander over to the Boys section. This is the worst. The inventory and selections leave a WHOLE lot to be desired in every section. It's been like this for years. Compared to other locations within a 20 mile radius this location is m bargain barrel shopping. This TJ Maxx location must have an awesome leasing deal because revenue couldn't possibly be enough to cover the typical lease. See pics of the Boys section. One single rack."

"Everything was very clean and organized, I found exactly what I was looking for and even and item that was in my list, but it was perfect for the occasion."

"Dec 6 I was in TJ Max I saw a pair of tru religion pajama pants without a price. So I stopped the first to Maxx employee I saw for help. When I tell you this young lady was the nicest, pleasant person I could have stopped. I wish I knew her name. Young lady you put the price on the pants for me. I just want to say thank you again for being so helpful and so pleasant."

"I have had enough of this type of profiling. I couldn't remember why I stopped visiting this location ( I prefer to go outside of my immediate neighborhood), until I visited yesterday to do some birthday shopping for my mother. The entire time this plain clothes security person (black guy grey beard, but there are a few of them)is watching my sister and I closely, he's following us around the store. It is obvious, uncomfortable and offensive but because of the demographics of this area, they automatically expect people that come in, particularly Black people to be thieves. Shouldn't security, especially if you are trying to blend in with the public, suppose to be secretive. I shouldn’t know that you’re following me around the store. This guy did not purchase anything nor did he pick up anything but you constantly see him watching you, and this is not the first time this has happened at this location. He was NOT a customer. Security should to do better. Customers would like to come in the store shop for items without knowingly being monitored like a thief. So we purchased our items and prepare to leave the store and there’s an extra sensor left on one of our items so you have to experience that embarrassment, go back to the register while they search for a sensor. The cashier says “I don’t know why they put two sensors on here”, because there’s a expectation that people are going to steal in this store without training the cashiers on - checking for more than one sensor. Do better for your customers because I won’t be back!!!"
