"Do not buy Jewelry from here. It’s usually really cheap and they will not help if something breaks. I bought some very expensive earrings and came in because one broke. The sales associate was extremely rude and didn't even look at the earrings i had. She basically said nope cant do anything. So disappointing."

"I was extremely disappointed and dissatisfied with my visit at Saks Off Fifth Buckhead. The store Manager Bianca Johnson was very rude and lacked very basic customer service skills and respect. She treated me like I was not a customer that had just spent 200 dollars, but merely an impoverished individual. She did not greet me upon being directed to her when I asked for the Manager, she showed no care into why I had visited the store again for the second day in a row from an issue from the first rude sales associate Jasmine, and didn’t even care enough to make eye contact with me. I visited this store two days in a row because my first visit the sales associate Jasmine was so removed and so rude that I was afraid to even question my issue. After Bianca decided she did not care about my issues, I was fortunately greeted and taken care of by Alicia, who should in fact be the actual store manager, who listened and took my issues seriously and fixed it. She was very respectful and attentive to the issue I had returned for and took care of me quickly without any attitude like the other store agents. I have been treated better in a Walmart than I was at this high end store and I will never return! This Saks is the most convenient to me but I would instead drive 2 hours up to Woodstock if I needed something from this store again. Basic customer service goes a long way and this team needs to learn from Alicia on how to treat people."

"This is a review for online shopping. I bought a preused bottega bag that was supposed to be "excellent" for the condition. Mind you...excellent definition is as follows: Excellent - Excellent condition. Minor wear; looks new. However, when my bag came in it looks like the following description as good (Good - Good condition. Noticeable wear due to regular use or age). This is not in excellent condition. Just look at the photos and tell me what you think.... They post stock pictures of their used bags and the bags are not the actual item itself. I paid 1000 for a bag that is super worn. And now I can't return it. I'm going to complain. BEWARE. Do not buy used bags from here."

"SCAM ALERT!!! I got scammed by this company! Ordered 2 pairs of shoes in August, today, September 20, 2023. It's funny how they email a picture of the delivery, but failed to email or text "your package was delivered". Who looks at emails everyday? Also, didn't place it in the Hub. It sat outside for someone to steal and they was. Normally, l would get a text to say "your package was delivered" I asked for a request of the same exact shoes and size. Why would I want 2 pairs of the same shoe and size? Does that make sense? No, it doesn't! Also, refused to refund me. Now, I have to take matters into my own hands. Wished l had looked at the reviews before ordering!!"

"What the?? I usually order and return online, but I thought, why not make a trip to Buckhead to see whats happening inside the store. NEVER again. The store was robbed twice while I was there. Yup. Not once but twice. The employees were helpful to me and kind during the check out process and the store was fairly organized although selection of goods sparse. I was reminded why the burbs are where I want to be!"
