"Stopped in for a product that my local store didn’t have in stock. I was truly blown away by the customer service at this location! I had two associates ask if I needed help. Cashier was very friendly. I’d choose this location any day!"
"Atonee the Manager is extremely unprofessional. I took a picture of an item that was marked and stopped correctly if they tried to charge me double. She wouldn't override it even though it was the same product showing in the scanning. If I could give this walmart a zero star I would they tried to charge me double smh"
"literally waited around for 5 hours for an oil change, just to be told that they didn’t have the part needed to do said oil change. like, y’all couldn’t tell me this at the beginning of me waiting? literally don’t waste your time here, this auto center is understaffed and just all over the place. unprofessional. there were many times where there was a queue of cars and the mechanics were just standing there, twiddling their thumbs. wild. i was offered a measly 10% discount for my next oil change, LOL. hilarious to think i will step foot in that establishment again. picture is from post 5 hours of me waiting around for my car. i don’t trust this place. stood there and watched until i was given my car keys back after they said they couldn’t do my car."
"This store is trash from the management down. There is no employees in the electronics department. I went to the front for assistance and was told I had to wait for the guy to get off lunch. It’s wild that only one person has access to the locked merchandise. Employees walking by as a line formed and not a word was said. It was as if we wasn’t even there. This is by far the worst experience."
