Amanda helped us today, she was super helpful, friendly, and patient while we looked at the vast selection. There is a Fine selection with 14K, diamonds and a Fashion selection with a beautiful collection to choose from. "The quality of this jewelry is not anywhere near the quality I was expecting. The Parker clasp is very difficult to open and close and they do not except exchanges or returns after 30 days. Since I purchase this item for my daughter back in October for a Christmas gift… I am stuck with a useless $55 necklace she cannot wear because it is too short. We will continue shopping at Pandora, because the quality is much better there."
