It's About Time

"I took my new invicta watch to It’s About Time and they said my watch broke their tool. Huh?? I asked them to take out some links and when I came back to get my watch the man told me he wasn’t able to take out all of the links cause his tool broke. I then went to Pristine Watches who showed me they had broken one of my links smh. The man wasn’t even honest. Completely lied to me. I will never go there again. Thankfully Pristine Watches was able to do the job well."

"This place is a scam. None of their work is done in house. They take it next door to fast fix jewelry. The salesman acts like a jeweler is on site when he is actually transporting your precious jewelry in his pockets. I asked flat out and he lied me but I have it on video the other store fixing my diamond ring. BAD BUSINESS!!! Go to Fast Fix FIRST!!!"

"Purchased a charm 3 weeks ago woke up two days and the piece that holds my charm on my chain slapped while I was sleep so I went to a good repair shop and happen to check the pieces out and the lady that I talk with told me that the piece that holds the charm was regular metal and that my charm had very little gold in it. They are fraudin people with fake jewelery I tried to talk with them about it they deny it but I’m sure no one has a reason to lie about they’re jewelery being fake.."

"Had them untangle 3 necklaces. NEVER got a call to p/u my jewelry along w/2 charms. I went back 3 weeks later, no ticket with how much they were charging me so the guy just thought to say 35.00 because they cleaned them. Even though I wasn't asked nor informed they do that. I go into the bag today, and one charm is missing. I call and he doesn't even offer to check. Immediately says "no" it was in one of your boxes and argues about it. They suck! Very unprofessional. And they need to be. Held accountable. BBB reporting rn!"

"Took my Tommy Bahama watch to get a battery replaced because I was unfamiliar with removing the locking bar that goes over it. They insisted that the battery replacement would be 30 because I had a "special watch" but ended up giving me a discount of 5 dollars. Got the watch back took it home, opened the back and saw the locking bar just sitting on the battery (see picture if attached) with the white plastic piece holding it in place. The locking bar should be covering the #5 where you see the battery. When I took it off, the locking bar went flying off on to the floor. At one time they were charging me $15 for a battery change to include my Tag Heuer watch. After the 4th watch I took them, they changed the price to $25 which motivated me to learn how to do it myself. They could have made so much money from me as I have over 20 watches but greed got the best of them."
