"DO NOT SHOP HERE! This place is a complete RIP-OFF! I purchased a 14kt Rope Chain with a “M “ initial pendant. At the time of purchase, they didn’t have the pendant in-stock in the size I wanted. The guy said he had 3 locations and that he’ll bring over the pendant I wanted from another store. I was informed to come back in 3 hours. After returning to pick up my order, I noticed the pendant was in fact an inverted “W” they tried to pass for a “M”. Initially they refused to issue me a refund, but after I compared a smaller M and W to the pendant they were trying to sell me, they quickly agreed to issue me a refund. They are a complete SCAM! Even the security guard knows this. He could clearly can tell that I was upset about being swindled, and when we caught eyes he just looked away and let me express my frustrations. Again, DO NOT SHOP HERE!!! They need to be reported to the BBB!"

"DO NOT SHOP HERE!!! They sold my husband a 14 k gold diamond, amethyst necklace for 600$. When my husband brought it home i noticed that it didnt have a 14k stamp on it. We brought it back and they swore it was 14k. Then tried to exchange it for a cheap 10k white gold necklace. The gentleman said he didn’t know how to refund me the money so i should return the next day. I took it to 2 different jewelers and both confirmed that the diamonds were fake and the gold was probably not a good quality. We took it back to the store and the gentleman said that they mistakenly put the wrong tag on the item. They gave us a full refund. But my thing is, if we hadn’t noticed it we would’ve walked around with a charm with fake diamonds and a 10k gold chain we paid 600$ For. At zales i could get a real diamond necklace with 14k white gold for half the price. I wonder who else they have tricked into buying junk!! Buyer beware!!!"
