"Amazing experience! I bought my wife’s original diamond there 22 years ago, and she loved it! We took advantage of the trade up option this year, 2024! I didn’t have to keep up with paperwork, they had it all. Katie and TJ took great care of us and provided multiple options! We couldn’t be happier! My wife changed her mind multiple times throughout the process, they were very patient and accommodating. Katie went above and beyond to get the custom ring ready the day before Valentine’s Day, despite our order being placed just three days before! We’re using a unique family engagement ring, and Heather worked with us to find a ring that I loved and then customize it to fit my ring exactly. It took a few weeks to get made, and Heather texted us regular updates throughout the process. My fiancé also found the perfect wedding band (which came with a sport band too). The process was so smooth and we felt well taken care of throughout. Highly recommend going here for all your jewelry needs!"
