I read my receipt too late because it says I only have one week to exchange it, which means they know their jewelry is bogus. After spending $1056 on a ring I recently took it in for an appraisal and found out the ring was only 10k gold, scrap quality diamonds, and wasn't worth more than $75. I went back to them to explain what I found out and basically all they said was to bad! Buyers beware when dealing with this store. I will not be back. I wish I would have read all the other reviews before I came here."

They were in there arguing with another customer. Told the man to hurry up and decide. As if him wanting to have options was too time consuming for a sales person. NEVER NEVER NEVER SHOP HERE! Seems as if they work on an attitude of entitlement and not kind help customer service."
