"Door post management have lived in Chalet North Court since June 4th. I really love my new place I've made a home. Sky and Sylvia on a very professional office. Always punctual in any concerns that I've had and if they couldn't get to it right away they would send me an email to let me know that they received it. That brings a lot of comfort to me as a tenant. I just have one suggestion that the property owner tries to work on the property like raking the leaves up blowing. off the parking lot. "I wouldn’t ask my worst enemy to rent over at antebellum apartments ran by DoorPost management. Worst Management ever!!!. During thanksgiving holiday I went without hot water for a week before someone came out to fix the water heater. Then the person who came to “fix the issue “ didn’t complete the job because I was still without hot water. I called maintenance and of course no one came out to help. I ended up having to pay someone myself to come out thanksgiving morning to fix the issue. Piss poor managing with terrible attitudes. The manager Theresa Thomas, and the regional manager Cindy are extremely rude and unprofessional"
"This review is strictly regarding Amber who is currently at another property but was working for Hunter’s Run for a few months this year. She was and has been exemplary in assisting me in matters regarding my apartment and my lease. She has worked tirelessly all while dealing with a whole other property to accommodate any issues that I’ve had and i truly appreciate it. Shout out to Ms. Tina as well for being so sweet and kind to me when I first reached out. Please keep them!"

She was really flexible and helpful with paperwork and process of moving into the apartment. She met with me on a weekend day to get me the keys for our apartment. Phenomenal experience!"
