Every question (big or small) they answered with detail and it was not scripted. The best way to describe this ENTIRE office only takes two words “They care”. You are not just a “rent payer” to them. You are a respected resident. The office was clean, neat, and I had the pleasure of walking in when they were decorating for Christmas. If you have the option of applying online or going in the office, I highly recommend you visit this place in person. You will not be disappointed! 10/10 highly recommend"

"I have been in my townhouse for a few weeks now. From the time I was contacted by LaVetra regarding approval through now my experience has been awesome. LaVetra started off with get customer service, fast communication and response. That made my move in process such a smooth and pleasant experience. Every employee I have come in contact with has been helpful. My townhouse is quiet. Only noisy occasionally with neighbor dogs barking. Parking has nit been an issue for. Overall, I am having a great experience so far."
