"Kj’s river house was the most beautiful and peaceful getaway. I have a family of 5 and the house was perfect with lots of space. Our kids loved the pool so much while my husband and I loved relaxing with the view of the river. Highly recommend staying and we would love to visit again in the future. KJ was very sweet and had amazing communication."

"Beautiful, clean house on the river. Tons of activities to do from, kayaking, swimming in the pool, corn hole, fire pit. Right near downtown Augusta with lots of great restaurants. Beautiful sunrises from the deck with your morning coffee. Covered lower deck for the hot afternoons. Very private and quiet."

"My family and I stayed at the river house for 10 days and it was so fun. It was me, the wife and 3 of my kids. We booked the stay for the outdoor fun and had just as much fun inside. There was plenty of space for us to come together to play games, watch TV or hide away to ourselves. Waking up every morning to the beautiful river view was awesome! You can see them from every room in the house and the Sunset is just as awesome from the balcony! The beds were very comfy. Every thing was very clean with plenty of linens for our use. Our favorite place to hangout was in the pool. The weather cooperated nicely and we were able to enjoy it the entire trip! Our host was very nice and responsive to any questions we had. Didn’t want to leave this beautiful secluded river front paradise! We will definitely be back!"

"My wife and I stayed here as a kind of late anniversary. We mainly chose the property because of the seclusion it gave and the pool. KJ was always great at communication, even before we booked the place. However, once we saw it, we were amazed by how beautiful it all was. The view of the river, the inside of the house, and the amazing views you got from the bedroom and deck. The master bathroom was huge as well. We both agreed that the place looked even better in person than the pictures. The pool was equally, if not more amazing. My wife prefers a warmer pool, and while the pool was not hot, it was certainly not cold (which we preferred). Eventually, anytime we were out we were just in the pool the whole time. Although, we were told we could cool it down if we needed by adding water. Also, the bug situation was awesome. I am like a mosquito magnet, and I may have gotten one bite, and it could have been while we were in town. The communication was so nice as well. She gave very detailed instructions and advice, and everything went smoothly. My wife kept talking about how the vacation was dreamlike. We most certainly hope to be back, and would highly recommend this to anyone, as we already have."

"We enjoyed our stay at the River House. My husband and I stayed for two weeks to have a change of scenery while working remotely. This home worked out perfectly for us. There was plenty of space for us to set up our workstations, including an extra dining table in the main area and small desk in the bedroom that were not pictured online. The space has a very open layout, with plenty of room to spread out. The kitchen was well stocked with seasonings and lots of cooking utensils, plenty of glasses & plates, blender, toaster, and dishwasher (with soap supplied). Also plenty of extra bath towels, pillows, blankets, etc. The master bed was comfortable and the shower was awesome! (we did not try the jacuzzi) We ate almost every meal on the deck, looking out at the river. The pool was great, super relaxing, and there's plenty of furniture you can move into the sun or leave under the house in the shade. The dock was under repair, but this didn't impact us. The location was very convenient, closes to downtown Augusta and some really great little restaurants. We are from out of town and enjoyed the farmers market on Saturday mornings by the river downtown. Communication with KJ was great. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would recommend the house for a fun and relaxing getaway."
