"Got hella stuck at the parking gate - no room to turn around - no Grace from the front desk, no parking for blocks on the street. Handicapped. 2 cars let in to parking ahead of us. Had reservations! Clerk at desk helplessly apologized repeatedly with no remedy while my spouse did a 9 pt turn to clear the gate, going against incoming traffic. Had to circle the block until I could get checked in w/cards to access. This is not NYC, folks. Use you noodle not your “Authority” to be so imperious!!! Figure out a way to accommodate incoming GUESTS! Adjacent dirt area along driveway could be used for 10 minute parking. Had to pay a $20.00 “incidental” fee - for WHAT? Mostly, very disappointed in the service over all. I was there on business and really only needed to sleep there. Didn’t even use the shampoo! Used 1 towel, 2 hand towels, 2 washcloths. What was the $20.00 incidental fee FOR??"
