"I have not one single thing negative to say about this hotel. The room was clean and comfortable. The space is great; split into a "living" area, a sleeping area, and an eating/snoozing area. The room arrangement of Home2 Suites rooms is awesome. This location only added to the appreciation for this particular brand."
"The room was nice and clean, but I am confused as to why they put us in a handicapped room. The service was good everywhere except the breakfast person. I was making a waffle and went to set my coffee on the table while I was waiting, and when I came back she said with an attitude,"Is that your waffle cup?" When I said yes, she rudely demanded,"Then can you throw it away?" Which I would have. She had the worst attitude that said, "I don't get paid to clean up after you!" And the eggs were cold."
"Decent. First room had a large bloody spot on carpet (12 inch area) and bathroom pocketdoor had dried blood splatter when closed. Staff was apologetic & changed us to another room. The suites are large! With a clean full size refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, decent kitchen sink. Almost like home. Stocked with eating utensils, plates, bowls, cups, french corningware dishes. This hotel was reasonably quiet. And conveniently located!"
"Excellently managed property. Clean and well kept up including our room and common areas downstairs. Great staff from front desk to housekeeping. Daquez at the front desk.... Also the two ladies who worked nights on the front desk (didn't get their names). All of them very professional and courteous. Will definitely stay here again when in the Augusta, GA area. thanks Home2Suites!"
"Recently refurbished. Beds were great, large rooms, and although they recently started to allow pets, they were doing great at keeping pets odors at bay - they were even deep-cleaning common-area carpets when I arrived. Great location - easy drive to Ft Gordon. And lots of restaurants and shops in the immediate vicinity of the hotel. Nice outdoor pool area. Didn’t use it, but it looked like a great spot to chill out for a bit. I would absolutely stay here again if I was in the area."
