"I have had the worst experience with Jeanette Kramer, specifically communication, via text messages and/or email. It is very unprofessional and condescending. She speaks to you as if you are her child and beneath her. Her usage of capitalization, in order to make a point, is demeaning. Her choice of words are grotesquely inconsiderate. She takes a tone, that no professional, in customer should take, seeing that even though I am a rental tenant, I am still a customer… that has not ever begun any form of communication in a rude or disrespectful fashion. Tal, To come on a public forum and repeat my private business, which might I add is INCORRECT (see how my choice in usage of capitalization made that word stand out and as if I were yelling or talking at you) is what one would most definitely refer to as “UNPROFESSIONAL”. If you want, I can and will post my text exchange with Jeanette! Throughout any and all exchange with Jeanette, never did I negate my late fees. I was actually the one that brought the entire situation to you all. It was I who began correspondence. In my review, I am solely referring to Jeanette’s tone and her choice of words, as being unprofessional and condescending. After reading your response, I can tell that a small, yet effective, communication class for both you and Jeanette should be on the to do list foe 2024. As a tenant I am highly disappointed in the way you both have decided to respond and conduct business."
