"Terrible experience in the last three years of a five year stint. Management was dicey when I first moved in, but I managed to maintain a decent relationship with him. Everything went downhill in the third year of me being there. Within the five years there, the gate NEVER worked. There were at least three owners during that time, and they were not consistent with how things were run in the rent office. There were numerous repairs that were not performed, either due to the change in Management, or the lack of maintenance workers on hand. It took them all of two years to fix a leak in the roof, yet, rent was not discounted for the inconvenience. Cheap flooring was peeling in various parts of the kitchen and living room, and again, nothing. Numerous issues plagued the apartment, but nothing was done. I'd have to say this was one of the worst experiences I've had living at an apartment complex."
"I loved living here at 1st but the apartments are breaking down daily. The floor, ceiling, and plumbing has affected so many apartments here. I have contacted the office and home office several times about issues in my home. Plumbing and flooring coming up and they refuse to resolve the issue. This has been going on for over 6 months. Each time I email or call the office there is really no update but they "are checking into it." If you can put an extra $100-$200 with your rent, please move somewhere that cares about living conditions and its residents. They're doing move in specials because everyone is leaving."
"Since moving in I have had issues. Those issues were fixed in the beginning just to reoccur and at times worst than before. I have had a ceiling leak that had not been attended and I still experience leakage when it rains. I believe mold is in my apartment as well. We have suffered from plumbing leaks , sink not draining, a dish washer that has not worked since move in, garage disposal has not worked since moved in. Rent is increasing and they definitely want you out with no hesitation ! Even the trash is hard to look at sometimes because it will be all over the ground and this is the outside one that the tenants use. Someone did clean it up but it sat for the longest. Evictions items are still outside and it is the change of managements that things are getting left undone. We have been back and fourth through court with these people. This is my first apartment and my first horrible experience at that."
"Can't believe how this place has changed in the last 3 years. UPDATE: Now under it's 3rd management group in 6 months! Maintenance is lacking! Trash everywhere from total evictions. They don't communicate with the tenants. The ladies in the office are not to be blamed though. They were not taught to manage the complex. I've been here 10 years and watched it go down. Sad. We used to have a lovely, safe complex. HEY, Waverly Pointe Team...how about fixing the main gate! Been waiting for years, yet you increase rent??!!"
"If possible I wouldn’t put a star at all this property is mismanaged at best long story short I found out they had a unit available gave them damn near two months to get it ready a week before move in the lady in the office emailed me changing the date due to locks then she said something about paint ……. Which one is it ….. she never reached back out the day she said she was. The last move in day she gave me then came and went and still haven’t heard anything back from this place …… just save your time and look else where. Out of money and patient’s With them . ……… Side note the reviews with the five stars are lies it’s no way this place would get past a 3 on a good day"
