"Absolutely worst complex I have ever lived in! Not only did my apartment get burglarized I got robbed at gun point, and decided to move me and my family out and told management that I was moving and broke my lease not only did they file eviction on me after I gave notice they have the nerve to say I owe over 5,000 in rent. It will be a cold day in hell before you get a 1.00 out of me."

"False advertising, fraudulent management, nuisance noisy drunken drug addict tenants;you'll never get more than a few hours sleep here.Severely dilapidated, BEDBUGS,BLACK MOLD EVERY WHERE,all electric high power bills,no amenities not even a laundry room. Mail boxes r regularly burglarized by homeless people always on property after hours,burglaries,vandalism,cars on fire. Maintenance with keys entering for no reason committing thefts. THE WORSE PLACE I'VE EVER LIVED! (That's not the owner responding to all these reviews,it's the property management corporation)."

"Nasty, unkept, uninhabitable, electric issues, water issues, unprofessional workers, unruly kids, starting fires, Landlord wants to be down instead of renting livable homes. allows maintenance to disrespect residence. Open Mail boxes that has been reported Postal Service says that it’s the apartments responsibility to replace. Doesn’t do repairs, no heat after a maintenance request was done. Landlord threaten me with a seven day intent to vacate because of the unprofessionalism of her maintenance guy gave landlord 30 days went to court case was thrown out. I highly recommend if you need somewhere to stay, do not, I repeat, do not rent from Westbrook apartments, formally known as Avalon Gardens, I live a year and six months in this hell hole place really needs to be condemned. Upon moving in the apartment it was not ready dirty no refrigerator no working stove no AC and she had the nerve to ask me. Did I want a refund? I simply stated I wanted what I paid for. After simply asking the maintenance guy a.k.a. at the time her husband why was he putting window units only in the rooms I also have pictures videos messages throughout me living there. police report. I also have pictures of everything when I move out please if you have to stay outside choose outside.!!!!!"

"BEWARE!! This deserves ZERO stars Management is understaffed and unprofessional. The living conditions are horrible and hazardous on move in and move out. The apartment wasn’t ready from the start as promised. Misconstrued information from maintenance and management, they don’t work in union. They leave their mess and expect you to clean after them. The sink was busted and full of rust. The air is broken and “not guaranteed” in the words of management (Amy). It says no smoking but can smell the smoke and marijuana through the vents. If you ask for a viewing management will say there isn’t any available to view. “Ground’s men” have keys to your apartment. Trinity Management says they “don’t give security deposit’s back” even if you stay the duration of the lease which we didn’t for our health and safety. If you can, live somewhere else. There are other apartments in Macon with better management."
