"I’ve always heard good things about Riverstone and I’ve enjoyed living here the last few months. I had a great experience with management prior to moving in but that quickly changed after I moved in and they got hard to get in touch with/get calls back from. So far the new management is a breath of fresh air. The one consistent thing that is always above and beyond amazing is the maintenance crew. Those guys go out of their way to get things done quickly and efficiently. I trust them in my apartment day or night with or without me there. The whole complex is relatively clean and well kept by the staff and the tenants. It also always really quiet on my side of the complex and never had any problems/issues in the couple of months I’ve been here. The pool area is beautiful and has a nice area to grill out and hangout for kids and adults alike. There is also a pool table and hangout area in the clubhouse which is nice for hanging out at night and weekends with family or friends. For residents there is also a nice 24/7 gym to avoid paying gym costs that’s super convenient by the clubhouse. Overall it’s a really nice safe place to live on a good side of town."

"Started out as a great place to live when I moved here in February of 2019. But it has progressively gone downhill since then. Safety issues are a concern now, especially with a number of recent car break-ins. The entrance gates haven't worked in many months now. The pool is rarely operable, especially in the summer when people want to use it the most. Maybe things will start getting better with new management in place as well as a new maintenance team. I hope so!"
