Because I was coming long distance, Tedria made sure everything was in place for business to be conducted the moment I had arrived. This interaction took weeks, but Tedria was there the entire time to answer my questions and concerns and making sure we were on the same page with the entire process. "Since the new owners have taken over, I have seen a lot of impovements and the people are so nice about listening to you about any issues. If you are having problems with your apartment, they will get on it a d make it right. I have been in the complex for many years and in my opinion they are great."
"ZERO STARS. Absolute a$$. Never got the security deposit back and the land lord won't do anything about anything. Also the maintenance man left our door unlocked and we got burgled. Gun shots every night and animal abuse."
