They also do great with keeping the ground up, and it feels pretty safe Heather is the Property Manager and she is alsome; she is professional and get things in a timely manner. She made the time there a bit smoother for me."

She is also very true to her words! The apartment itself was ok: it was spacious but the appliances could have been better. Safety is pretty good here as well."

"If I Could Give It Zero Stars I Would. The Maintenance Is So Unserious. They Will Talk Down On You When You’re Explaining Things Going On In YOUR Apartment. They Just Barge In, Not Even A Courtesy Knock And Then Continue To Be Extremely Noisy. They Left My Back Door Open And Let Not One But Two Wasps In. I’m Deathly Allergic To Wasps. They Told Us That The Washer Was Leaking Water Because We “Used It Too Hard”. They Just Genuinely Make Me Uncomfortable Because Of The Constant Staring They Do. The Walls Are So Paper Thin, I Can Hear The Conversation Of The People Upstairs And Across The Hall."

"Just wanted to share my experience with the Assistant Property Manager, Heather Ivery. My daughter attends Columbus State so I had to handle all the logistics over the phone and via email. When I say Heather was so professional and helpful. She answered just about all my questions even before I asked them. I was really leery about doing this over the phone but Heather put me at ease. She was attentive and her follow-thru was on point. The saying that first impressions are lasting impressions is so true. Heather has left a positive impression on me. I am so happy to have a contact like her that I can reach out to if need. To the owners, Heather is a "keeper". Thanks Heather!"

"I read some of the reviews below and completely agree with the negative reviews especially the one by Jai Jai that the management hates her job. Today I came to inquire about the rent opportunities and the price etc. Just general questions. I was very respectful and placed a face mask before entering the leasing office (They had a COVID sign at the Door). A lady was there and asked me what I want, but at the same time, she was moving from one part of the office to another and not focused on me. I followed her and said that I want to inquire about the lease opportunities. Instead of answering she started asking me how frequently I get paid, whether is it twice per month, etc. I told her I do not have any issue paying even upfront for a few months (she mentioned something about 3 months' rent ability to cover), but before we move into this part I have a question about the premises, etc. She said before she gives me any of those answers she needs to judge me and something about classifying or categorizing, or I did not get what she really meant. I thought she wanted me to tell her how much I make so she decides what price to tell me about the lease. Anyway, I felt discriminated against and offended, by simply coming to inquire about lease options. When I asked her again about what are the opportunities – she got irritated and said we do not have anything. Which was an obvious LIE – because in front of the premises there are all those posters for the last 2 weeks “Come and See us” and “Open House” etc. So I walked out. TERRIBLE MANAGEMENT. Change the management and do not go there. Ivan"
