"I come along way from home which is Delaware. Never thought I would be moving down south ever. But Im glad I found a place called home at Greystone falls. Everything is beautiful, quiet, and very comfortable living. Defiantly recommend to anybody looking for the same aspects."
"The folks are shady. I live there for two years and they will try and make you replace almost everything in the apartment. The community is maintained outside very well, but on the inside of the Apartments, it’s not. Lots of Band-Aid fixes and reoccurring problems. They’re not honest about moving cost or your monthly rent either. But this isn’t indigenous to Greystone. This is ram Apartments altogether. I moved to Cove Apartments in Texas under the umbrella and they’re just shady. This is not a good umbrella apartment experience. Choose wisely."
"I toured this complex recently and impressed is an understatement. The staff Tonya and Ms. Melody are the best. They have exceptional customer service. These ladies made me feel warm and welcomed. I can't say enough about them. The complex is nice, quiet, and clean. The amenities are exactly what I was looking for. My moving plans have changed, but if I ever need to move this is where I'd like to live. Tonya if you're reading this thank you so much for your time and FYI I'm not moving to Phoenix, AZ just yet lol . I really enjoyed the tour. You Rock!"
"I love living at Greystone Falls! The property is beautiful and well maintained, the amenities are convenient and the pool is the icing on top of the cake! Maintenance is responsive and quick to address any issues we have. Neighbors are friendly and front office staff are great! The commute to Ft. Moore is around 30 mins, and there are many grocery stores, restaurants and shopping within a 10 min drive. I would highly recommend anyone to live here!"
"My family and I love it here. Coming from PA, the pool is our obvious favorite spot. The community is quiet, welcoming and beautiful. Would highly recommend to others! Thank you for having us."
