"Horrible. Cockroaches everywhere, shower full of hair and dirty, sheets for the beds are horribly dirty. And the smell in the halls and in the rooms is horrible. Won’t be coming back."
"Person working slammed the phone receiver in my ear after a couple basic questions. Refused to refund me after his horrible attitude. Place was dirty and smelled bad. Don't waste your time or money."
"These people were very rude and inconsiderate. The staff was totally embarrassed by the situation but the owner was so uncaring. There were roaches crawling all over the walls of several rooms that we were shown and the staff finally put us in an acceptable room only to be told we would have to move back down to the roach infested rooms because I arrived later and I had the dog. Even though the reservation specifically said one small dog. The owner told the staff when they consulted him that if I didn't accept that room, I was not getting my money back since we had been in the room for an hour. And this was at midnight! The worst experience I have ever had. I immediately called my credit card company. Don't stay here! The staff are great but very limited. The owner truly needs an attitude adjustment, or he will surely go broke!!"
"Most importantly, roaches, everywhere. Can't take food in the room at all. Turned the heat on, and the smell was truly awful. Coffee pot didn't work. Charged me a 2nd deposit after I paid one on booking, and then said I smoked in the room to keep them both. Spoiled milk and stale cereal and bread were their breakfast options. I've never had a truly bad hotel experience until I stayed here. Found a roach in my bags after leaving. Stay here at your own risk, guarantee it won't be pleasant."
"I stayed one night yesterday, I had travelled long hours and looked forward to being able to rest. Once I arrived I began to notice the place was infested with cockroaches. The bathroom was disgusting and the sheets didn’t look like they had been cleaned. I decided to sleep on top of the conformer it was disgusting with stains from who knows what. Lots is shady stuff is happening at this location and wouldn’t call it safe. Stay away and spend the extra 20$ for a nicer hotel."
