"The rooms are not too bad and are in fact very clean. I would recommend this hotel for business people who are not in the rooms for a significant portion of the day. One of the only downsides to this hotel (as far as I know) is the lack of options for morning breakfast and a door lock for bathroom in the room my stepdad, little bother, and I are currently staying in. However, given that this establishment is fairly new, I will let the issue with breakfast slide. I look forward to what this hotel can grow to be in the future"

"This place was low-key industrial chic. The service was fantastic. We came in town for the Auburn game and they let us check in three hours early so that I could take a nap because I had worked all night and had not slept. They did not know this I didn’t have to disclose it. I didn’t have to convince them. I just went in and asked them if it was possible to check in early and they said let me check your room. And the room was available and they let me check in early so I could take a nap before the game. Their breakfast offerings were really excellent and I don’t recommend getting to the breakfast buffet late because that puts more work on other people it was available until like 11 o’clock when we checked out. The room was very clean. The bed was very comfortable. There was a really nice Riverwalk available, but because it was raining and cold we did not go. It looked really pretty though and I would’ve liked to go. I would absolutely recommend staying at this place. they had a fire pit going the night that we stayed there and it was very welcoming and kind of cozy and had we’ve been able to stay up late. It would’ve been a nice place to just kinda hang out and talk chat with people and meet new people."

"I booked this room last minute after arriving at another hotel that was unclean and deciding not to stay there. I was really happy that booking same day did not result in price gouging - the room was very reasonably priced. Everything was very clean, fresh, and had a very comfortable vibe. The staff was pleasantly friendly and accommodating. The restaurant was delightful - great food, friendly staff, and convenient. I will definitely stay with them again in the future!"

"Hotel is an old grain mill that has been spectacularly converted to a high end hotel. Earlier in my career I traveled for business as much as 150 nights/year so I have a reasonable context for what differentiates quality lodging. On a Monday afternoon after a busy weekend, the facility was spotless and the general manager, Emily was there, knowledgeable, helpful and on top of the smallest details. Room were large, comfortable and had appropriate amenities. Located right on river with an excellent restaurant onsite, a paved, lighted walking path along the river. Plenty of parking and easy access to rooms. Didn't use all the facilities (yoga etc). Capture the history and craftsmanship of a bygone era. Has all the amenities but far exceeds the typical sterile business hotel. Will be back."

"My new favorite getaway! Absolutely love City Mills Hotel. Our room was perfect with balcony and river view. We dined in-house at the Millhouse Kitchen & Bar....delicious! My husband booked me an Uplift massage at the River Flow Yoga and Wellness...AMAZING! (Thank you Carey! ❤️) From start to finish our short stay was relaxing and refreshing. Kind and professional staff. Amenities very clean."
