"Don't be fooled by fresh paint. Used to be nice. Run down and ragged now. Lot of section 8 housing. Basically becoming Whisperwood 2. Gated. Open half the time or broke. Unreal what some get charged to live here. Don't get me wrong the staff does a great job but if people don't respect where they live there's nothing the staff can do about that."

"Moved in 4 months ago .It's ok living here. Pretty on the surface. Lots of issues with my apartment. Many repairs needed after I moved in that should have been done before. Broken bathtub just got a sticker over it. You can feel it broken under foot when showering. Carpet laid poorly over tack strips that stab your feet when crossing thresholds if walking barefoot. Maintenance told me it's just how it is after whacking a few of them down with a WRENCH. Ceiling fan in the bedroom was broken and had to be repaired. Ceiling leaked badly and caused water damage. Took forever to get someone to fix roof. Waited over a month for a painter. A painter was finally scheduled. When they came out they didn't cover the spots fully. Downstairs neighbor cooked food and left with it on the stove and nearly burned down my apartment. Hubby and I heard the alarms, evacuated the building and called the Fire Dept. When we should have been relaxing, we were all standing in the rain. The outside lights are an issue. The main stairwells up on my side of the building are dark. By the lake is dim as lights are going out but bulbs aren't being replaced. Feels unsafe. People let big dogs run off leash and residents are not good about picking up the dog feces. The main office even had to send out a threatening email telling people to curb dogs or else they would be evicted. It has been one thing after another."

"I lived here 3 years in two different apartments. This is a wonderful community. Extremely well run! Let me address a few specifics. 1. Parking: I never had an issue. Parking Lot does get full if I come in late (after 10pm) but I always find parking close by. 2. Water pressure: Some reviews I read mentioned water pressure. I never noticed an issue. Seemed great to me. 3. Work Orders: They complete them usually in hours. I had my AC go out and it was more complicated. They solved in less than 24 hours. Maint staff are friendly, respectful and fast. 4. Trash/Valet Trash: This is awesome. They pickup at your door. If you need more space you can take to the trash which is conveniently located right near the exit. 5. Amenities: This place is like a resort. Check out the pool. My kids loved it. I would take pics and people thought I was on vacation if I posted them. I am a huge fan of this place and could not recommend more highly!!!"

"Love this property. The staff is extremely kind and helpful. Prior to me moving in, I had a package being delivered there and the staff placed it inside of my unit so it was waiting for me on move-in day. The people in the community are diverse (in age, race, and ethnicity) which I love. The actual apartment is great. Very spacious. The walls are a little thin but that’s pretty consistent with new properties. It’s super secure, which I appreciate. There are cameras everywhere. It’s also in a convenient location with a lot of stores and restaurants close by. I have had to contact the staff about in issue on the property and Alexis was committed to getting to the bottom of the issue and making sure it was handled."

"We had a wonderful experience living here. The pool is beautiful, the grounds are well maintained, landscaping is great, and the staff is fantastic. Maintenance was always super quick and thorough. We moved across the country for work and my kids still talk about how much they miss the beach and pool. Definitely a great place to live!"
