"Unprofessional & slum property management! I looked at the property on 2857 Ramsey Rd, the property wasn’t fit for showing nor was it in move in condition. There were insects, roaches in both the refrigerator & freezer. The entire home was dirty with outlets missing etc. Now this part is why I am writing the review; the female leasing agent told me that her manager would not allow an “out clause” for me to break the lease penalty free if I find that the property has rodents. So my intuition was likely right that the property does have rodents or why not just put a guarantee in my lease that it doesn’t! I’m blessed; 704 credit score, retired, well paid & money in my bank accounts but there are many people that aren’t as fortunate & slum businesses like this one will take advantage of the less fortunate. Beware guys, this place doesn’t have horrible reviews for no reason."

"Just know that if you put in an application here, you won't be able to get in contact with anyone other than the receptionist. Chester Randolph, the property manager, will run this company into the ground. I'd recommend the owner replace him unless he wants his business to fail. He has terrible customer service, lies, and has no concept of other peoples time whatsoever. Also, a message for the owner - maybe try to start recording company phone calls because i'm sure he isn't being honest with you about how he deals with customers. So glad I didn't end up going with this company, it probably saved me thousands! Company owner, do better. This falls on you."

"If I was able to leave no stars I would for sure! My boyfriend and I are first time renters and are looking to start our life together. We called and set up to look at one of their properties. Not only did the guy get out smoking on a vape but he knew absolutely nothing about the house and couldn’t answer even the simplest questions that we had. After we left, we put in an application and were told to wait 48-72 hours for them to process our application. We waited almost an entire week and never heard anything back. We called asking about the status on our application and just kept getting told “I don’t know because the property manager isn’t here and he’ll call you later”......he never did. Finally, when I called I got an answer out of the property manager and he told me that he hadn’t even pulled our application to look at it and instead would just refund us our $60 because he wasn’t gonna lease the property to us at that time. The quality of business and professionalism from this company is horrible and honestly find it a blessing that we didn’t get the house."

"If I could leave no stars, I would. They posted a house for rent online that I was very interested in. I messaged this company through the Facebook market app and Zillow, and got no response. I called four times and left multiple voicemails and got no calls back. I even drove to their “location” to see if I could talk to somebody, but the address listed on Google was wrong. 6 days after the house went online, it was already unavailable, and no one EVER bothered to follow up with me. I’m furious."
