"These apartment have mold, leaks in ceiling the neighbors are disruptive. They constantly have shootings over there. The apartment is a safety problem and hazard to the health of the occupants that live their. The management sucks she does nothing to fix what's needed and she needs to be fired. This lady taken people money and not doing to these hole in the wall apartment."

"This is Mr young please keep your kids in control one of the kids throw rock in my window at 1:30 in the morning I'm asking you keep your kids in control please I just moved here I'm from Los Angeles California I do have cameras this coming from Apartment 5A with respect I got love and respect for all the kids 06/6/2022 these some beautiful places they keep it clean around here. I gave them they 5 Star back I come from a wealthy state"

"They provided great customer service to Me & was a helping hand with my moving process but we never went over our walk thru paper work then after a while I started having problems with my oven heating up, heat wasn’t working , hot water went out, front gas stove wasn’t working , water stopped up in sink & they still charged me late fee although management agreed to take off late fee. They fixed the heat , stove , hot water after cooperate was called but it’s been over a month since they fixed stopped up sink although they have many apartments to tend to I felt like they should have made a way to fix it. Now I’m just waiting for lease to be us because they are very unprofessional & can care less about their tenants. I could describe so much more about the condition & expectations of apartment .If you need somewhere quickly to stay no matter the condition they’ll get you in there because money is involved."

"I have been living in this apartment since October 2017. Honestly I can say that I don’t like it here. We have had so many bugs issues in our apartment and it is sickening! Between the bugs coming in our apartment and the noisy, ignorant neighbors that give me a headache or a migraine, I am fed up with this. Our back door needed to be fixed because whenever it rains, water comes through the bottom and top of the door. Also, water has come up through the tiles in the hallway. And speaking of the tiles, these floors need to be replaced with carpet or something, because we are getting tired of have to deal with the terrible tiles. Anytime we have called he leaving manager, nothing has been done so far."
