Club Hill Apartments

"The worst part about this apartment complex isn't even the apartments yet that is a strong contender; but it's the people they attract. I grew up proud of the things I own or take care of, and I was taught to respect others things. Others were not taught the same and this complex is full of them. These pretty pictures don't show you the piles of trash including beer cans/bottles, and cigarettes in the lake, or the trash bags people leave outside their door and along pathways even though you are supposed to be fined if you do that. They don't tell you about the teenagers and kids with no home training who run around screaming through the complex, the constant smell of weed, the person who decides to set off fireworks in the middle of the night in the middle of the parking lot, or someones stuff on the curb every other week from constant evictions. Management is supposed to require that the blinds for each apartment are nice, not torn up, or up at all really and the complex looks TRASHY to say the least. I'm embarrassed to have people over. Several residents thought it was funny how you renovated one apartment and then put "newly renovated" flags out. Like please... my apartment hasn't been updated since 1970. One of the pools hasn't been available for use all summer. And honestly I don't care to hear excuses about maintenance issues. You've had months to fix it, and I may have seen someone in there working on it once. Then they randomly decided to seal and coat/repaint the parking lot ... I promise you no one cared or wanted that, we would rather have that money spent on something like the swings you tore down months ago or pay someone to clean up the nasty lake. Yet you continue to raise rent for everyone. Just the fact that one of our pools doesn't work should allow for rent to stay the same. You come to me and say "well the market has increased", When the market decreases would you lower my rent? No... you wouldn't. I only live here because I have to, but when my lease is up in May, I'm gone. Management is lazy, and they just leave you hanging on a problem and hope you forget about it and stop bothering them. If you can afford it, go somewhere else."

"They have two pools one hasn't been operational in the last 5 years and the other is closed most days of the week. Yet they have the audacity to increase the price of rent every year."

"If I could give no stars I would. I stayed here for three months, within those three months my neighbors domestic violence issues made it where I couldn’t stay at my OWN home and was told my police to get a hotel/stay elsewhere. The office staff did not respond to any complaints nor get involved with the ongoing issues.The most ghetto, deplorable apartment complex and frankly should be listed as ghetto not luxury."

"The apartment complex feels cozy and the apartment itself is very nice! Whenever I have issues with the apartment and need to post a maintenance request, they are very fast to respond and email you when they are done and what all they do. The leasing office representatives are super nice and are very helpful as well!"

"Great location for an easy drive to Uptown or the mall with quick access to the bike trail. The landscaping helps buffer the noise from the highway. I don’t hear any traffic inside my apartment but this might depend which building you’re in. Staff has been super friendly and helpful. If you have a quick question stop by the leasing office because it takes a little bit of time for them to get back to you when you leave a message on the phone. I wish they had a recycling dumpster in addition to the regular trash. All in all very satisfied with my time at Club Hill so far!"
