"I’m starting to see a change around the complex’s . My daughter stays in Fox run and also have a co worker who stays in Sheffield. They both satisfied and very happy with a contractor name Cedric he has really been doing a lot of work to make the Complex’s More clean and more up to date ."

"Lived here for over a year. My only complaint is the maintenance is overworked and takes forever for anything to get fixed. apartments are not the worst, and I did enjoy the park nearby and It was generally a quiet neighborhood"

"This is probably one of the worst apartment complex’ in Columbus and there is quite a few of them but this has to be one. We moved in March of this year didn’t let us see the apartment until 2 days before our move in date then the morning of after discussing our situation and had no where to go of that Friday morning which was move in date then we pull in with everything on our UHAUL and the Manager asks if I can wait until Monday to move in!! They don’t care about the pool for our kids. Maintenance sucks we had them in and out begging and pleading to fix things for a month after moving in. Then they rig everything like they quick to collect damage fees but they don’t use the damage fees to fix damages ??? We have still yet gotten a key to our outside patio storage the manager told me “just keep braking into it” This is ridiculous!!!! We referred a friend to move in and they screwed him around and he lost the first apartment to somebody else, had to get in touch with the regional manager which takes forever!! She got it approved gave him a move in date of the 28th so guess what he was ready the 28thhh!! And then they told him he had to wait until Monday!! We got it squared away he moved in at 5 on monday after being told 12 noon. Came into his apartment with toilets sitting on his carpet water every where trash everything. DISGUSTING. We’ve heard horrendous complaints from just about every tenant. Their quick to get on to you about something but they don’t care about our living situations. A neighbors air is out and they said “buy fans” This is absolutely not acceptable!! Do not move here!!"

"This was the worst experience of my life, they were unhelpful, they had ants everywhere, and to top it off, the manager would rather have spent her time talking to a tenant who was upset about the manager talking crap about her, I loved how she ran out the room as she was talking to me, and couldn't even give me all the apartment information because she demanded me to have all these other things done before I moved in, yet! she couldn't even give me the information because gossiping is more important."
