"Guy doing late night check in didn’t want to give me late check out, told me to call back in the morning. Called in morning they couldn’t accommodate. This hotel needs a serious deep clean and renovation instead of patch job. Room was very filthy. Stains on the lamp shade. Bathroom was filthy with hair in the shower. Patch job in the ceiling from a previous leak. Towels in the bathroom were extremely dingy and moist from improper ventilation. Was not worth $100 a night, should’ve been $55 a night. Would not stay again."

"Wow! This place is gorgeous! We have one of the pet rooms downstairs! It is so clean and comfortable! Huge grassy area for the pets to relieve themselves or play! Will def stay here again!"

"We decided to stay at La Quinta Inn because it was the best rated, least expensive, and closest hotel to our friends we were visiting for Thanksgiving. The gentleman at the front did what was required of him for his job, but nothing to brag about. He wasn't rude, but wasn't welcoming. When we arrived to our room, we were immediately hit with the smell of dogs. Understandable because we reserved a pet room. However, we weren't happy with the room. There was mold in the shower caulking, scratches on the bathroom door, the desk chair had a tear in it, and one of the curtain pull rods was broken off. I did check the mattresses for bed bugs and they did look clean. The beds and pillows were horribly stiff, so we didn't sleep very well. Breakfast the next morning was disappointing. Mainly carbs (diy pancakes, breads, cereals), bananas, raspberry yogurt, and a microwaveable breakfast sandwiches. They had coffee, water, apple juice, orange juice, tea bags, and hot chocolate. After returning from visiting friends at around 5pm, our room keys no longer worked, so we had to have them reactivated. No staff was at the front for 5-10 minutes. The same gentleman from the night before returned and helped us. Again, not rude, but not welcoming. He quickly reset our cards. Housekeeping never visited the room. The next day, breakfast was the same, but they also had eggs that looked like pancakes and biscuits with gravy. We weren't happy with our experience and do not plan on returning."

"Our room had pubic hair all over the toilet and in the shower, bathroom floor had finger nail clippings all over the floor and the room lamps had no light bulbs. We asked to move to another room and although it was a tad better it smelled like smoke and the bathroom still looked like it hadn’t been properly cleaned. The gentlemen working the front desk was nice when we checked in, however the next morning when we checked out there was a woman working and she was not friendly at all. Location of hotel is great but other than that would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Would advise you to ignore the affordable rates and just pay the extra money to stay somewhere else."

"Last minute stop with my 2 chihuahuas so I can always count on Laquinta. This one did not disappoint. First room they gave us smelled like a big wet dirty dog?! But when I told the front desk I couldn’t stay in there they offered me another room which was much better & still a pet friendly room. Beds were very comfy! Slept great which is so important to me. Breakfast was fine but they don’t keep it stocked and had to ask if they were going to bring out more food. It wasn’t asked till over half hour later and so I don’t feel they would have unless asked. (Several guests were looking for food too). So just ask if no food and still in the time they offer it. Overall a good place to stop & stay with or without pets. Tons of choices of food to eat at surrounding this area."
