Courtyard by Marriott Columbus

"Stayed one night on business and the room smelled musty. Woke up the next morning and upon looking in the bathroom I found black mold( right next to the mirror) I reported to the front desk and was told I would receive a call. No call was made, I sent an email informing them due to the issues that black mold can cause and was told I would hear back within 5 business days. It’s been over 8 now and no correspondence. I’d suggest staying somewhere else that actually shows concern for their customers."

"Me and my daughter stayed here in January after I accidentally canceled my reservation..We were happy with our stay!My room was big and spacious and the bathroom was huge!The parking lot is big with plenty of parking.And the front desk people were very helpful!We will definitely be back for summer!"

"This was a great hotel to use while getting my kid moved into college. The rooms were spacious and clean. The service was professional and friendly. The only downside for service is that the website stated a complimentary breakfast buffet, but due to reduced patronage, I was offered a to go box instead, consisting of two granola bars, a banana, and a yogurt. It wasn't terrible by any means, but was not the breakfast I was looking forward to it or that was advertised. The only negative with the room is that the walls are very thin and I could hear every word the people in the rooms next to me. Some sound panels would go a long way. I would definitely stay here again, however,"

"Rooms are out-dated and old. Asked for a quiet room. Got put next to a family with screaming kids. No coffee in the lobby. No breakfast although the site said "grab and go" breakfast, there was nothing. Overhang outside is still broken as mentioned by another review. Lacks maintenance"

"My experience here was good. Customer service was great, and the atmosphere was relaxing. I stayed here 1 night because I was at extended stay, but the power went out, and they didn't have a generator. Thanks to this hotel, I was able to get rest."
