"I stayed at this hotel as a chaperone with a high school field trip, and it was a better experience than I could have imagined. The rooms were very clean, and the facilities were as well. The complimentary breakfast was very good and had diverse options for different tastes. The linens were exchanged every day for clean ones. They were also very careful about keeping our kids safe. I asked for extra room keys when some students locked themselves out of their room, and the front desk always verified I was their adult before just making a new room key. We also had two students get sick on the trip (unrelated to the hotel) on our last morning there, so when we checked out, I stayed in the lobby with the sick ones while we waiting on parents to arrive to pick them up. The housekeeping staff put us in a room, even though we had checked out, and gave us clean sheets and let the students rest comfy and have space while we waited on their parent. The front desk also ensured we had tissues or snacks or water or anything else we needed for the sick students while we waited. The staff went above and beyond expectations with our kids, and I would recommend anyone stay here any time. They're great."
"Would put 0 if i could. Dont stay at this hotel! It's really hard to mess up a stay but they succeeded. Staff is terrible and need an attitude adjustment. Manager is not helpful and lacks any kind of hospitality. Manager didn't want to honor the rate after customer service told them the rate and sent them a ticket with the amount billed. Manager disappears to leave a check in issue to staff that cant handle it. Check in took just short of 2 hours and not once did desk clerk apologize. Manager walked right by us after seeing us sitting there well over an hour later and never said a word. Worst hospitality of any hotel."
"Rooms were as expected for a Best Western. Breakfast was included and was pretty much inedible. Dry sausages and pastries, and juice that was 90% water and had to be thrown away. Ice machine on our floor didn't work."
"The front desk guy, who seems to be there 24 hours a day, is very rude. The pool water looks awful. Most of the ice makers are broken/under maintenance. The orange juice at the breakfast bar, was not good. Thought it might be just a bad batch but 5 days in a row, our entire stay, only got worse."
"This was most definitely my worst experience in a Best Western. Other than the ONE front desk gentleman this stay was absolutely terrible. Our belongings were ransacked even though we placed the “do not disturb” plaque on the door so that no one would enter our room. The shower was busted and flooded the entire bathroom if you used it. The comforter was absolutely disgusting. I mean is this not a post pandemic world?!? How are things like linens not cleaned? There was a urine stain on the wall and baseboard. I had to clean and disinfect all the surfaces of the room upon arrival. The pool is very misleading in the advertisement pictures it looks to be a large pool, and that was not the case very small. Other than the waffles breakfast was kind of gross. Not a lot of options and some things like the yogurts looked very unpleasant. We watched as rooms with do “not disturb” plaques were being entered by a housekeeper on the first morning so after that we were forced to take our valuables with us every time we left. (This was reported to the front desk and we were called liars.) As stated above our stuff that was left in the room had been gone through. This could have been a great stay, but sadly it wasn’t. Location was convenient for civilian things, but was a bit of a drive time to the fort."
