"My air conditioner has been out about 5 weeks this week and all they telling me is to wait on a part it is 98° in my house .How in the world do I supposed to live in this house like this but they want their rent paid. Please do not move here please do not the biggest mistake I ever made I never live in an apartment unit with a broken air conditioner for four or five weeks.. This is insane"

"I lived here back when ms Billings let was there is she still there I moved when raunchie people started moving in and I started to see mice and when management changed. Pool was never fixed but it's included in rent smh the apts are nice but to live in them is miserable file complaints to owner get rid of bad staff. Then they got ms Springfield crossing apt pictures on they Facebook lol karsha lol"

"I am currently one of the residents on your Springfield Crossing property. I have been a resident at this location for six years without any violation(s) in that time frame. Unfortunately that all changed when one of the newly staffed employees that works in the rental office (Mrs.Aaliyah) started working here. She is extremely disrespectful, and unprofessional. She screens phone calls, she has previously and recently cursed out the residents as well as thier childrens. She has her own business within the rental office. She has threatened to have residents put out and has said on numerous occasions that she'll have them put out in a week or less. She has made up her own violations (that are not documented in the lease) ie: children not being able to ride bikes anywhere, not being able to sit on the stairwells even if you are a resident,not being able to stand outside of your door. She has yelled to children telling them to "go get your momma". Not to mention she jas her several of her friends in the rental office on a daily basis. She's mentioned that children are not allowed to go into the rental office and use the soda machine. She has come on the property after hours, with her children in the car harrassing the residents. When a request form is filled the issue(s) are not being solved. Several of your residences have and still are going without ANY air conditioning. She picks and choose who she gives violations to, she has taken it upon herself to go to the department of family and children services to get inform on the residents. She has and is releasing residents personal business to other residents. The after hours nuber has not been available. Residents have been robbed and held at gun point, and noone has informed the residents. The main gate stays open, and newsletters have not been sent out to the residents informing them of what is going on in the community. Only one gate key is given per household, the pool is never open. I have several residents that can vouch that she has been harrassing not only myself but other residents as well. All this transpired only after i reported to the sherrifs department concerning ny air conditioning being out for a month and eightt days, other residents are still going without air conditioning."

"These are some nice apts. The problem is the staff. I hate to say it but when you have an all black staff you get terrible service. The office is never open when it supposed to be. If the staff has something they want to do like go tailgating they close the office. If something needs to be fixed good luck trying to get someone. Tina is always there alone but if her kids have something going on she will not open the office. They don't post holiday hours or have it on the voicemail. It took me two months to get my apt because the office was never open except for early morning hours. They are horrible. If you want the staff to be attentive and helpful this is not the place for you. They are supposed to be open today but like always the office is closed."
