"I've been living at Greystone Farm Reserves for over a year now, and I couldn't be happier with my decision. This place truly deserves a solid 5-star review. The staff here is incredibly friendly and helpful. From the moment I first inquired about renting here, they've been nothing but accommodating. They're always ready to answer any questions or concerns, and it genuinely feels like they care about making this place a great home for everyone. One of the standout features of Greystone Farm is their fast and efficient maintenance team. I can't emphasize enough how quick they are at addressing any issues that arise. It's such a relief knowing that if something goes wrong in my apartment, I can count on them to fix it promptly. Another thing I love about this complex is how peaceful and quiet it is. It's a tranquil oasis away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Whether I'm relaxing in my apartment or taking a stroll around the beautifully landscaped grounds, I always feel a sense of serenity here. The amenities are also top-notch. The pool area is pristine, and the fitness center is well-equipped. Plus, they have a great pet-friendly policy. All in all, Greystone Farm Reserves is more than just an apartment complex; it's a community that feels like home. "I had lived at Greystone Farms Reserve for almost 2 years. And without a doubt it’s the best apartment complex I have ever lived. Whenever you have an issue with maintenance it is rectified promptly within the first one or two days. The groundskeepers keep the outside complex very clean. They mow the lawn weekly and the neighbors are pretty quiet. I have not had any issues since living here. The staff are very nice and it’s just an overall great experience to live here. If I had to complain about anything it would be having to carry my trash to a trash compactor. But obviously that’s a very minimal complaint. It’s just me being lazy Lol. Overall, I give this place a 9 out of 10. I recommend anyone live in this community."

"We're very pleased so far. We've been staying here for 10 months now and planning to renew our lease for another year. The management and staff has always been wonderful and very accommodating. Neighbors are nice and friendly as well. Kudos to Greystone!"

"I used to love these apartments, I still do for the location and the architecture but this community's maintenance has been going terribly downhill for the past few years. People leave trash outside their door for days. Emergencies aren't handled properly by front office. Apartments are getting old so obviously lots of issues and maintenance is short staffed. They wont increase number of people so I find myself sending follow-up emails before my issue is resolved. One time I reported my kitchen lights being out on Saturday and they weren't fixed until Tuesday. I reported gnats on a Saturday and they didn't send pest control until next Thursday and that too after I sent a follow up. The maintenance guy said he was going to bring me a new filter, its been two weeks. When I followed up after a week, they said they ordered it and still no communication about it. Qtrly maintenance has become a joke. If u miss when they knock on the door, they dot follow up or come back. One time they didn't change my filter for 8 months. Even when they come in for qtrly maintenance, all they do is change filters. Earlier they used to check smoke detectors, moisture, humidity, mold etc...now none of that. Years ago when I called in the middle of the night because I was spooked by something, on call officer showed up. Few weeks ago someone tried to open my door! I left a message for on call officer, no one even bothered to call back. Front office has gone downhill too with answering emails promptly even. Lynn Free was a good manager, since she left the response to emails/communication/prioritization of issues has all gotten worse."

"I lived at Greystone farms for a year and was blown away by the service, staff, and amenities. Anytime I needed to reach out to maintenance for an AC repair or when it came time to move out, they were super supportive and helpful with immediate response time. The office was always cheerful and greeted me when I used their gym (an incredibly clean and well stocked gym at that). I frequently used the pool, public printer, and car cleaning amentities as well as the ability to grill with friends. Some of my favorite memories were spent during my time at Greystone and I cannot recommend it enough. Greystone rocks 100%"
