"I am writing this review on behalf of my mother. The management is completely numb to responding promptly to noise complaints. My mother and I have sent numerous emails and letters to management about severe noise complaints. No one has called or responded to any of our emails, calls, and letters thus far. I completely understand how corporations work but the focus needs to being on treating tenants fairly and promptly responding to noise complaints."

"So my mother and my youngest sister have live there now for a couple of months. Spring Grove maintenance takes too long to make repairs . There are missing windows screens now yellow jackets are attacking my mom and sister . My mom recently broke her arm and shouldn't have to be attacked by yellow jackets. My mom had to buy her own lock to her storage room well a door knob to install bc there was not one . These are things that should have been taken care of. If my mom or sister has a allergic reaction because of the yellow jackets that will be a problem. People pay to much money to have these issues"

"Lived there for three years and had an overall positive experience. Closets are huge and the staff were all nice. Ms. Amber in the front office went above and beyond whenever there were issues, even after hours. Only complaint I really had was neighbors often played music too loud in the parking lot but that isn't the properties fault."
