"We have lived at Greystone at Maple Ridge for over 3 years. We love our apartment as it has bathrooms in both rooms, in addition to a sunroom and porch. The apartment is spacious and updated. The staff is top notch and responds promptly to any issues and concerns. The grounds are very well kept and maintenance is performed on a regular basis. The complex is always doing fun activities to include Easter egg hunts, decorating pumpkins and visits with Santa!"

Kara is one of the most down to earth property managers we have had. She’s a true gem. Frances is kind and friendly and always helpful. Chandler is amazing with maintenance, issues are normally repaired within the hour. The property is very quiet, kid friendly, grounds are always clean, neighbors are neighborly.
