"This is what $1100 a month at Parkside Apartments will get you leasing through this company. Brand new microwave improperly installed. Leans so far down in the front, that the door flys open and heating anything with liquid becomes dangerous. The microwave isn't level. The absolute first time one of my family members is burned or injured by this. I will retain a lawyer. Interior door replaced but not completed. No knob installed and not painted. Door knobs left on the kitchen counter for me to install I suppose? No communication as to when it will be fixed. Sugar ant infestation in the master bathroom and master bedroom. I wake up with ants in my bed! Ceiling fan in master bedroom that has a base, that is worn completely out and can't be used if you want to get any rest. It literally just flings around when turned on. All of these issues can be fixed in one day, if professionals are hired to repair them. I suggest anyone looking to rent from this company, look elsewhere."

"I was apartment hunting. I went to Whisper woods who had a lot of personal questions. Walden pond who had double rented an apartment staffing was all over the place and confused. When I came here Jennifer was up beat and a ray of sunshine got me approved in a week. My apartment had new painting, flooring and carpet. I gif a welcome to the neighborhood free Marco pizza coupon. The young lady who referred me gets $50 off her next rent. I only deducted a star because my bathroom toilet was not working properly and several light fixtures are not functioning even with light bulbs, dish washer is loose. Other than that I’ve been enjoying my new home apartment is super spacious"

"Apartments are heavily infested with bugs during peak seasons, walls are so thin you could hear every foot step above you, air conditioning and heat goes out very often, windows are not sealed at edges so air comes in, heat comes in, and bugs of all sorts have entryway to your home. Be prepared to have your vehicles possibly broken into at night. Operating hours are not a thing as the office is often empty and phones are barely answered even if they are there. I do not recommend living here."

"If I could give them no star I would. If you're military I wouldn't advise you to move here if you're not sure about how long you will be stationed at Fort Benning. The prices are great and some of the staff members are very friendly but when you move out you're no one to them. Long story short my husband and I had to move a few months early because his unit was about to deactivate. We took the proper steps to notify the leasing consultants like they told us to and gave the they 30 day notice (well within 30 days) and a copy of the orders to our new duty station, and from there on they said everything would be covered. For the month of April we paid rent but we had to leave at the end of the month (a few days before the end of the month) to report to Fort Belvoir, VA by the first week of May. At that point they said that they were aware that they owed us for the days that we paid for but didn't stay in the apartment and that they would handle everything "YOU GUYS ARE GOOD, EVERYTHING IS PERFECT" they said. Well not even a month later they sent us a later saying that we owed them even after the new leasing consultant Anita sat with us saying that everything was perfect and that we were all set, being confirmed by Ms. Linda after I came back with the drain pans for the stove like they told us to so that they wouldn't charge us $40. I called about the letter and Ms. Linda was very rude and actually argued with me a little. I've been asking to speak with the distract manager and even wrote them a letter disputing the situation and almost 2 months now I have not been contacted by him. They always say that he's out of the office which is pretty much everyday so I'm convinced there is no distract manager. The only people that have been contacting us is Anita the leasing consultant pretty much with threats to sent the fee to collections if we don't pay when SHES THE ONE THAT SAID WE DIDNT OWE. They tell military people that when you take the proper steps moving out, like we did, that we'll be ok but they harass you to pay fees that pop us after they confirm that you owe nothing. Save the hassle, move somewhere else!!!!"

"I had a terrible experience trying to lease an apartment here. I submitted an application and paid the 50 dollar application fee. Two weeks later, after I had called to check on the status multiple times, the manager still had not deigned to approve my application. Every time I called, I was told I would receive a call back. Not once did this happen. I know the hang-up was not due to any lack of qualification on my part because when I applied at Hampton Place Apartments I was approved in 2 hours. I still haven't heard back from Parkside and I'm ok with that because if their operation is this bad before I live there, I don't want to find out what it would be like once they got my money. Don't waste the money on the application fee."
