"This complex is unrecognizable since the newest owners took over. The landscaping looks great now and I love the new paint they just put up. Rent is at a great price and it’s a very quiet area. Would definitely recommend"

"Low quality apartments that you will regret staying in. Lots of water damage on some of the apartment buildings. Alot of the foundations and rooftops need to be rebuilt. While I was there, they had tarps covering rooftops for weeks instead of getting them fixed. Getting out of the apartment lease is also a big pain even if you have an emergency or military orders. Manager does not communicate well because she gets overwhelmed by her boss, their are plenty of fees if you have to get out of the lease early, and a 90 day notice requirement. This manager was about to charge me 300$ if I didnt clean 10$ drip pans for the stove that were atleast 6 years old while I had not even been there for 2 years. I also got a nice 300$ fee after the 90days. They will squeeze money out of you even when the apartments are awful."

"I have been living here at Holly Park for five years. In the past two years I have noticed that the over all Park has improved in appearance in maintenance. Old cars removed. Prompt service for upkeep of things in my apartment. Very respectful of privacy when seeking access for repairs. I like the fact that management very seldom asks for access to my apartment when they do they are very accommodating. Pest control and yard maintenance has improved from ok to STELLAR. About the Manager and family they are very respectful and courteous. Miss Jenell has several times "bent over backwards" to help me understand some of the contract rules and changes made by new owners here. This is so important because a company's success is often dependent on how they communicate and handle customers.. Her conduct and that of the maintenance supervisor is always beyond what I have seen in my 65+ years in courtesy, respect, and consideration of me as an individual. I have written many reviews but seldom give a 5 star. I give A 5+star to this rental team.......... by Happy Neighbor Ronnie"

"Being retired military, I have rented in many different places. Jenell, the manager at Village at Holly Park is by far the best manager I've ever had. She has been extremely helpful throughout my move in as well as my first year on the property. She is 100% honest and always by the book. She always promptly handles any and all issues that affect the residents. I haven't had to rely on the maintenance man (Terry) very often but of the couple of times I've requested his assistance, he arrived right away and immediately addressed the issue. Nothing but outstanding service from this staff."

"I'm currently on my third lease and I'm proud to say this past year with Jenelle as property manager has been my best! She has been amazing with her quick response and swift action on my maintenance needs, even when she wasn't feeling well herself. She's never missed a best. The property is always clean and quiet. I would give a five but there's always room for improvement but she comes as close as anyone I've dealt with. Awesome place to live. Thanks Jenelle and your team for all your hard work!"
