"Heads up for LTs wanting to live here, extremely congested in morning when leaving for PT due to security checking CAC at the gate. Beware of the high cleaning fees when moving out. When I moved into IP and checked for things I noticed mold/scum along trimming in bathtub. Along with dirt and crumbs in drawers when moving in. So clearly these cleaning fees are being pocketed or there cleaning contractors don’t do there job correctly. Additionally when it comes to electric things seem suspicious. You’ll be charged $170+ for electric when your in the field majority of the month. They seem to charge you electricity for the entire buildings usage then divided by the number of tenants in that building. You’ll get a utility bill but there will be no meter read for your specific unit. They’re ripping people off on electric. Also when you complete IBOLC and move to PCS PLT sometimes your orders are not created yet for you to go to your next duty station. So you’ll wait in PCS and get orders to report within 3 weeks. Or for others you’ll have orders and the cadre at PCS PLT will kick you it if the PLT and make you report earlier. Both situations they don’t care and revert to the SCRA with a 30 day written notice. They’ll make you pay another months worth of rent. I’ve lived in apartments and landlords have worked with me and understood circumstances allowing me to break a lease when not given proper notice if a PCS. The property management team at IP is not understanding because they need every penny in order to pay there hourly wage. Then once I moved out they moved someone else into my room a week later. Confirmed by my roommate. This place looks to rip off young LTs. Stay away LTs go live somewhere nicer off exit 9/10."

"Living at IP for a year made me realize how much I should’ve chosen somewhere else to live. The women at the front desk are extremely nice and professional; however the property manager was a whole other story. The price was reasonable, but being stuck with random roommates who didn’t clean up after themselves, a broken air conditioner that went in repaired for months and an aggressive property manager really weren’t worth it. Spending more money for a nicer apartment off of exit 10-13 is definitely worth it. Leaving the gate in the morning is ridiculously hectic. The apartment chose to close the pool for the entirety of the 2022 summer; the pool being the main reason I chose to live there. I t amended orders out of Benning with only 9 days to clear and IP wouldn’t let me out of my lease, making me spend 1/2 a months rent for only being there the first 3 days. There is construction constantly ongoing and even found a hex bolt in my tire before PT one morning. Do not recommend"

"A great place to stay for IBOLC! Takes about 15-20 mins total to drive to where IBOLC training occurs counting going through the gate and on base travel. Apartments have nice appliances and the office staff is amazing. They are all really nice and love to help out the tenants. Definitely a great community and environment for IBOLC students. Security around the apartments is very nice and helps protect personal belongings around the building. I highly recommend staying here for IBOLC because it comes with no hassle in terms of dealing with renting and finding other places to live."
