"My name is Sharon and I've been a resident relocating from NY since September of 2019. I just renewed my lease and I LOVE IT HERE! I live in the big houses w/an attached garage. The new manager Josh I met him shortly after he arrived and I immediately liked him. I continue to renew my lease for a reason and that's simply bcuz I've NEVER had any major issues since being here. Josh was a HUGE welcoming addition to management. In addition, I cannot say enough about the maintenance staff, they are a hard working and if I have a small issue it's addressed in a timely manner and always to my satisfaction and that's another reason I choose to reside here. "Today our fire alarm has been going off in the whole apartment complex for about an hour and fourty minutes straight so far. This isn't even the first time y'all have had issues with the fire alarms. Last time it was only half as long. When there's constant false alarms, but a real emergency arises, everyone's going to become so complacent that no one will do anything!"

"I lived in BH405 for about 14 months in 2022. On December 25, 2022 the water burst and the whole house became a sea of water. Compensation was not given for the time spent away from the house during the apartment repair period(around 1 month). Even after the repair, new mold bloomed in the house every day, and the mold under the carpet was not treated and dried and reattached. It was so dirty and smelly that I couldn't live with my 5-year-old daughter with asthma. In the end, I came out without getting my deposit back because the child coughed up blood, and they handed me over to the collection company. So I've been receiving pushed from collection company until now. I believe God knows."
