"These are grimey shiesty ppl that will do whatever it takes to screw over there tenant when you’re ready to leave. They will flat out lie not to give your deposit. The manager casey flat out lied on the move out inspection report to take 100 dollars away from my deposit and then she flat out lied about me not giving 7 days notice when i left when i called her midldle of the previous month before i moved on the moved out on the 28th of that month. That was another bogus 147 dollar charge. And then another 60 dollar charge they say they always do for God knows what. These ppl are the definition of dishonest. Even her boss karen down at chastain properties told me i should have been there for the inspection and “did what was in my best interest” even though i was not given a date for the inspection and they purposely sent the letter after the 5 day mark where i can reevaluate her inspection. Its all a sick game to these people. Me and my girlfriend spent all day and night making that apartment look better than the condition that i got it in and I have the videos to prove it. I will see what options I can pursue to hold these ppl accountable for their predatory ways"

"I've lived here for a year and the Office Manager, Casey is great. She's friendly and listens to you if you have a need or a problem. The apartment I've been in has been cozy. Yes, it is an older style, but the AC/heat works fine (at least for a 1 bedroom) and I've had very little issues with neighbors, noise or bugs. I recommend these apartments if you're looking for an affordable space to live."

"I have been living here for over a year now and J can honestly say that I am so pleased with the way that the complex is managed. Casey is absolutely amazing. You can put in your maintenance request online and they will have the problem fixed for you by the next business day. The residents are quiet and everyone seems to keep to themselves. The dumpster is never too full or overflowing and is emptied continuously unlike other complexes. Pest control is included and the staff members are so sweet. Foor what you are paying you really cannot get any better than Waesley Pines."

"I've been staying here for less than a month and the apartment wasn't move-in ready. Already having maintenance issues with no commitment on when they will be tsmen care. I'm having to clean the previous tenant trash up from the kitchen, the water in the tub isn't draining and was brought to there attention several days ago. I'm having a horrible experience! The price is reasonable but it's not worth how your being treated, I will be giving them my 90 day notice. I don't want to but it's starting out wrong and I don't see it getting any better."
