"They don’t give nobody a heads up about things and their pools hasn’t worked in 3 yrs. They got it fixed once and it only worked for 3 weeks."

"I went and visited my mother today and must say that the neighbors are nice and the apartment was spacious. However, there seems to be no adequate play space for the children. They continuously played in street while there was oncoming traffic and have already hit numerous vehicles with their football. I feel that this matter must be addressed before a child is severely hurt or a vehicle becomes damaged."

"The apartments are beautiful & spacious ! Huge rooms, nice balcony! I love living here I’ve been here almost a year now an the only complaints I have is the small kids an adults who just throw trash everywhere an trash the complex! This community would be excellent if the people who lived here cleaned up behind themselves an children! They recently pressure washed our stairwells and breezeways an it made a huge difference on the looks and smell outside! Overall 9:10 for me"

"My experience at Lumpkin Park has been the most favorable. The staff was always professional and courteous. The maintenance men were always prompt and kind. The apartments are affordable and most importantly, to me, they were beautiful and spacious. I’d definitely recommend to family and friends."
