"One of the best places I lived at. The management team really cares and goes out of their to help you out. The rooms are beautiful and very trendy. I found that this place was a hidden gem, quiet, close to all of the cool things to do in downtown while at the same time not being surrounded by the craziness of being downtown. Overall, a great experience. Savannah and the rest of the team are awesome. The gym is a great addition too. I got to be one of the first individuals to test out all of the equipment, and it's awesome having an all-access gym I can go to at anytime in the day. Thanks - will miss you guys!"
"The Lofts at Swift Mill is a great place to live, especially if you have pets. The location is perfect, units are fabulous, the covered parking is a perk and the tenants are friendly. Management was very responsive and accommodating. Anytime I had to submit a maintenance request, they would always have things fixed up in a timely manner. Highly recommended, 5 stars!"
"Knocking it down to one star because the response from the property management was to have other people post positive reviews to minimize mine. I’m not really a review person. This is the first negative review I’ve ever written. But I thought it could ensure my repairs were completed and planned to delete at that moment. I now see three new five star reviews within 24 hours after mine was posted. 0/10 on that. I don’t have an issue with the apartments that will be an issue for everyone. This is just my experience. I have mixed feelings day to day so I’ll just share the facts. You have to be fair and understand me that you’re moving into an old mill and will deal with old building issues. It’s on 6th ave and I feel safe living here. I park on the street side and haven’t had anyone bother my vehicle and park my motorcycle under the cover with no issue. My units roof has leaked for the year and five months I’ve lived here. I’m fairly certain there’s a mold issue in the ceiling in my living room based on the rotting wood ceiling, and the leaks. The leaks are frustrating because I can’t put furniture or anyhing I care about in that square footage where it leaks. My personal heating and air unit is a disaster. Issues started last April. Which you can see reflected in the billing. With bills over 400 dollars for multiple months in a one bedroom despite me putting in over ten requests for repairs. I have gone without heat in winter for weekends and have gone without air in the summer for weekends. The unit also leaks causing mold and water damage in my laundry area. The dishwasher backs up frequently and the appliances are low level. Again, this is just for my unit. Yours may be different. The trash is always overflowing. Rent prices increased at lease renewal. The elevator doesn’t work. You get a big area for the money but again, with the leaks and water issues, I lose some of that square footage. Once again, this is my personal unit. Overall it’s an ok place to live. The tenants are pretty laid back and it’s a good place for dogs. Minus the hole in the fenced area near the dog park that leads to the train tracks. They did make us get our dogs DNA tested because some people weren’t picking up after theirs. Which was inconvenient to spend a lunch break bringing my dog to the office, but I mostly just find humorous. The amenities are basically non existent although I guess there’s a gym."
"Excellent facility. These apartments are stylish and comfortable. Great aesthetic. The gym is pretty good and has everything you need if you don't want to go elsewhere. Awesome location, too - right across the street from Chattabrewchee (some of the best beer I've had) and close enough to downtown Columbus to get there quickly and easily but not to be stuck in the thick of it. The management is great - very helpful and easy to work with. Maintenance requests are usually carried out within the day. I would live here again in a heartbeat."
"My husband and I are going on 2 years here and LOVE it. Our apartment is spacious with exposed brick and brand new appliances. There is always parking and the building security makes me feel very safe.Management always responds and attends to maintenance requests in a timely manner. It is so convenient being literally one mile from downtown Columbus but not having to deal with all the traffic. The gym and dog park areas are never crowded and the property itself is very clean and well maintained. Overall such a unique and great place to live, highly recommend!!"
