"Terrible ppl they have no heart my cousin mailed his money order off in they saying they did not receive it and they are trying to make him pay late fees if he can't make the late fees up they are gonna put him out. He is usually never late but this one issue occurs in they want to put him out on the streets. I mean he mailed his money order in on time he cannot help that it is delayed with the USPS post office and when he sent it it travels through the mail over the weekend. Turman realty is slumlord and his staff members are rude, disrespectful, ignorant, and unprofessional. Do not do any business with these ppl they are scammers. For all I know they could of allowed his money order to get stolen their office is located in the hood and the mail box by their door is not secure or protected from thieves anybody can go up there in snatch stuff or it could be they may have it and is lying about them not receiving it just to make him pay double along with extra fees. Again stay away from these ppl and the ppl here in the reviews giving them 5 stars they have not dealt with Turman realty long enough to see his true colors and how his whole staff operates. These ppl are full of darkness and their days are just about out numbered karma is gonna hit them extremely hard to the point one day they will lose everything they have for those of you renting from him I suggest you find you somewhere else to go or you and your family will end up on the streets. Soon it will be illegal to be homeless."

"Horrible people to try to do business with. Went in one day to try to fill out an application to rent a property, was told what they needed me to bring back to be able to do the application. Came back the next day with what was required and was told by a different lady that I didn't have what they needed and wouldn't be able to apply. Sounds like the ladies working there just do what ever they want and don't communicate with one another."

"My five months old baby is crying because it’s too hot in the house. They never fix our vent since day 1, and we never late in payment. We are being discriminated against because we’re a young black family. I expected my house to get cool asap. That’s how many vent I have of my 5 months old to cool her off and my went is $625 and never been late."
