"I live there 2 years ago . A new management open my aptmenent door and walked in with 2 other employees. They said they didn't know someone live in my apartment.. After this experience i moved out and payed a fine for breaking the lease beginning of my 2th year in this place. Place is loud and if you want to witness crimes move in this complex."

"If you value your peace and sanity DO NOT MOVE HERE this is a place where there are no type of rules or consequences for adults or children. They have security cameras but I guess they don’t use them because if they did the people that stay here wouldn’t be so comfortable behaving the way they do. Spend the extra couple hundred and get a better environment in a different community"

"Liberty commons used to be a decent place to live before Wilhoit properties took over. They are what you call slumlords. Since wilhoit took over the property the upkeep of the complex have gone done. They fired the security guard, raise the rent to almost a $1000 on the south side of Columbus and use cheap labor to fix things. They stairs are broken down in the 200 building and reported to them and do you think they fixed the issue yet and here it is October and that was reported to them the end of July. Please anyone do not move here or anywhere wilhoit owns property at."

"I am the mother of a disabled adult son with disabilities and breathing conditions. A breathing condition that cause for a machine at times when too hot or cold. Today May 19th my air condition went out like it did over a year ago. I called this office and a few minutes later talked to one of the workers who seems very caring. I was right within the hour they had a company fixing it. I have never ecperienced this quick of care. I had to say thank you after thanking God for people who still care for others and do as Jesus commanded to do unto others as you would have them to do unto you!"
