She has resolved a prior rental balance that the former property manager didn't take care of before leaving the premises 2 months ago. "This is the first week with the new company being there! And already has an attitude. Whomever that guy that answered the phone at just now. All I had asked was are we going to have to come back to pay online. Reason being I work for the state 9-5 throughout the week so I just wanted to make sure or preparation for leaving early to come pay my rent. Attitude to the MAX. Eric never showed me any type of attitude just for a phone call. That’s not how you handle customers. Already putting a bad taste in my mouth."

"Just moved in about a month ago, renovations were done but were very rushed! If you are desperate for a place to stay by all means give these apartments a shot, very quiet area haven’t had any issues with any other tenants etc. only problem is that maintenance takes forever to fix an issue and sometimes will half a$$ the job. We asked for certain things to be fixed before we moved in… again half a$$ed the job. Eric the property manager isn’t the easiest to get into contact with either. The community is great just wish the housing was up to par before moving us in."
