"We love living here! We tried house hunting for a couple months, but we ended up finding everything we were looking for in a house right here. Everyone in the leasing office has been wonderful to work with! The grounds are kept up with weekly! The community is quiet and everyone we have met from other units have been so nice! We haven't had to call maintenance since moving in, which was in May 2023, so I can't speak to how quick they respond . Overall, I can't recommend Greystone enough."

"We thought moving here would be great after our tour. We applied and got approved in 5 business days. Once approved, they changed the move in expectations, removing all leeway in a call first thing in the morning. The rep said she could not honor $500 down for a move-in as late as November as she originally pitched us on tour. The rep said she could only do up to 60 days but she would see if an exception could be made because it was said to us when applying. Get a call back mid day with news that no exception will be granted and the 60 day window was reduced to 30 days. If this is how they'll handle themselves before I live there under contract, I have no desire to see what it will be like when I owe them money to leave."

"Nice size, but questionable charging of HOA fees if you are leasing the unit (?) otherwise a great alternative to am apartment. The price will limit some of the riff raff you'd possibly experience at cheaper places. But nice, and new"
